Our personalized English + Filipino Feelings Cards are supplied as a printable A4 PDF. No physical product is shipped. Printing, cutting, lamination, devices and internet access are not included. Contents, price, charge currency and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
These cards support educational play and conversation. They are not diagnosis, therapy or treatment. AI-generated scenes are imagined illustrations, not records of a child’s real feelings or experiences. Personalized results vary.
Photo submission must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, or an adult whose authority we separately verify. Submit only images you have permission to use, through the private order page. Do not email child photos. Read the photo-handling notice before uploading. Permission to make your cards does not include marketing permission.
Your first private proof is due within 1–2 business days after payment and receipt of a usable guardian-authorized photo. Bryan or Katrina reviews it first. Check the name, language, likeness and layout before approving the exact version for delivery. One consolidated correction round is included; corrections for our own errors do not consume that allowance.
You may cancel for a full refund before personalization begins. If a likeness issue remains after the included correction, we will offer a refund. See our refund policy for support and other issues. Proof approval does not waive rights concerning faults or failure to supply.
Save your finished PDF. Download access and active working files are scheduled for manual removal 30 days after approved delivery, or earlier at your request. See our privacy policy and digital delivery policy.
The licence is for personal, non-commercial family use, including printing copies for that family. Do not resell or redistribute the PDF, offer public downloads, or claim our artwork as your own. Ask us about classroom use. You retain rights in photos you supply; processing permission does not transfer ownership.
Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes are dated and apply prospectively without removing rights attached to existing purchases.
