We use adult contact and checkout information, payment status and an order reference to manage your purchase. Personalization uses the photo you authorize, the name or nickname you choose for the cards, your permissions, and your proof and correction decisions. Please use only the requested private upload process. Do not email child photos, payment-card numbers, identity documents or sensitive family information.
Your photo is used to create AI-assisted imagined scenes for your order. Bryan and Katrina review the images and proof, handle corrections and help deliver your PDF. These images are illustrations, not records of real feelings or events. Your order files are kept in private storage and require authorized access.
Our configured order workflow uses Shopify for the storefront and checkout; Supabase for account verification, order records and private file storage; Render for photo processing and production; OpenAI for image generation; and Netlify for the customer and reviewer pages. Email services carry sign-in codes, order notices and support messages. These providers may process information outside your country under their own service and privacy terms. Payment details are handled by the payment services shown at checkout.
Hosting and storefront services may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies and usage information to operate and secure the service. Shopify services and any enabled analytics or advertising integrations have their own data practices. Use available site privacy choices and browser cookie controls to manage those choices.
Ordering and account functions are for adults. Children do not need an account to use the printed cards. The person submitting a photo must have parent or legal guardian authority, or authority we separately verify. Permission to make an order does not authorize public or marketing use. Any such use requires separate optional permission. Existing Teo examples are shown with parental permission.
Bryan or Katrina manually deletes uploaded photos, generated images and hosted PDFs from our active working storage 30 days after approved delivery. Download access ends then. Please save your PDF. You may request earlier deletion or withdraw permission by emailing us with your order reference; we will verify the request, stop further use for the order and arrange cleanup. Deletion can prevent us from completing or revising the cards; our refund policy and your consumer rights still apply.
Deleting active files does not instantly erase provider logs or backups. Providers may retain limited data under their security, legal and backup schedules; we do not promise immediate deletion from every provider system. We retain necessary image-free order, permission, support and transaction records for operational, accounting and legal needs. Your own downloaded copies remain under your control.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection where applicable. We may need reasonable verification and will explain any legal or technical limits. Do not attach identity documents or child photos unless we specifically arrange a necessary secure method. You may also contact the privacy authority in your jurisdiction. Updates to this notice will carry a new revision date.
